We're passionate about helping grads find their dream jobs, so we provide free training courses to help them upskill while they hunt for roles. We partner with tech companies across the country to offer entry-level job opportunities to our graduates.
Why do you support the Living Wage?
Graduate recruitment is often exploitative. Many companies still offer underpaid and sometimes completely unpaid internships and work experience opportunities to skilled, talented graduates. This exploitation perpetuates class divides, as candidates from less advantaged economic backgrounds are unable to get that essential experience they need to kick-start their careers.
We support the Living Wage Campaign because we are against this backwards system. Everyone deserves to be paid for their work, but the National Minimum Wage is often not enough.
