Why do you support the Living Wage?
We feel it is very important for all employers to ensure their staff are paid a fair, living wage for all employment, whether full or part time. We appreciate that Brighton and Hove is an expensive part of the UK to live in, with one of the highest house price-to- earnings ratios in the UK, and we want all our staff to be paid fairly and to have a decent standard of living.
