Ki Kefir

Ki Kefir - why we're the real deal

Unlike commercially made Kefir, which uses freeze-dried bacteria of isolated strains, Ki Kefir is handcrafted in small batches, made using traditional methods and real, living cultures (SCOBY) for maximum gut goodness. Our Kefir contains between 30-50 varieties of bacteria, as opposed to commercially made Kefir, which contains between 5-10. A BBC food award finalist and Loved by Tim Spector of ZOE, our Kefir is the most authentic, powerful and nutritionally dense Kefir on the market - packed with billions of good bacteria and created using the finest, organic milk from cows who are 100% grass fed from regenerative pastures.

We make Ki Kefir in our East Sussex fermentery and kitchen and our milk comes fresh from our nearby neighbourhood, family run farm, Hook & Son's. Ki Kefir is committed to ethical practices that is good for people and planet.

Why do you support the Living Wage?

We support the Living Wage Campaign because we want to help people live healthier, more secure lives and make the best choices for themselves and their families. Health and wellbeing come at a cost, and with the ever-increasing cost of living, we recognise that the minimum wage simply isn't enough to support these essential needs. By paying a real living wage, we also aim to create a motivated and energised workforce—people who feel valued and supported in both their work and their lives.
