Our vision is to empower people to make positive changes in their lives.
We provide the resources and expertise needed to deliver impactful, character-building projects that often have a technology focus. We work in partnership with others both in Brighton and beyond to enable children, young people and their communities to stand on their own two feet with confidence and to find success, purpose and happiness in learning, work and life.
Why do you support the Living Wage?
We believe that everyone deserves to be paid fairly for their work, including in the charity sector. Asides from being a Living Wage employer we also proactively seek out Living Wage companies locally and nationally for services we require, and we try to support charitable organisations we partner with to pay Living Wage where possible through projects we fund.
