We agree that properly paid staff are motivated and happier. It will allow them to be valued as a worker. It should also reduce staff turnover as they will not be looking to work elsewhere. Happy staff will also be good business for our customers.
Because we believe in equal rights. We already pay all of our staff the living wage or above and the concept aligns with our company values and the values of customers we would like to work with.
