Why do you support the Living Wage?
Having worked as a labourer for about 10 years in construction, landscaping and removals previous to starting up on our own we know and understand the difference £3-4 an hour makes. We pay all our labourers a flat hourly rate of £15 p hour.
For smaller jobs they get two hours minimum even if they work 20 minutes.
