Why do you support the Living Wage?
All the people in the world should be paid enough to support them selfs and theirs families. We all know how stressful it is when you not getting enough money coming in and you need to choose what to buy. Living Wage should hopefully open eyes for some busy directors to look in to HR and check if their staff is happy and getting enough income coming in. Since we jointed Living Wage we looking in to staff wages twice a year and paying everybody min 20% more then Real Living Wage is set for.
