Our story is a simple one. We've been selling adventures to Africa since 1999. However, the aim has always been that these adventures contribute much more to the world than they take from it, that our journeys offer the traveller something impossible to get elsewhere, and that travel be an absolute force for the good.
Why do you support the Living Wage?
We believe in paying people fairly. Our team is the most important asset we have as a business and it makes not just business sense, but also moral sense to ensure they are paid enough to enjoy a good quality of life. This should apply to all, whether full time or part time, permanent or temporary.
