Solitary Bee is a mobile Coffee business based in Brighton



We use only the best produce possible, sourced from local suppliers. Our coffee is roasted especially for us by our friends at Tiger Moth in Lewes, our pastries are from Flint Owl organic bakery, Teas from Hoogly Tea, even our milk is produced in Sussex.



Sustainability is incredibly important to us and we try an minimise our environmental impact as much as possible. All our coffee and food waste is collected by The Compost Club, we recycle our own cups with Cup Neutral, our beans are delivered in reusable tubs, and we work with Magpie Waste Cooperative to recycle everything else.

We donate monthly to The Natural Beekeeping Trust & The Woodland Trust
