Wellcombe Group is the home of William Alexander Recruitment and Stellarmann, a professional services firm specialising in delivering technology and change programmes. We've been based in Hove since we launched in 2010 and now employ over 40 people.
We find jobs for people working in IT and change management, usually based in London.
Why do you support the Living Wage?
We recognise that the cost of living in Brighton and Hove is high, but there aren't lots of high paying jobs in the city. Many people commute to London to find work that can sustain their life by the sea. We believe in treating people fairly, and ensuring that not just our own staff but the organisations who provide services to us, receive or pay wages that allow a decent standard of living. We audit this, and provide training for our staff on the importance of fair and equal pay.
