At Zest we blend psychology and coaching qualifications with experience and continued personal development. Our team is a vibrant mix of long-established and highly experienced Coaching Psychologists, along with newly graduated Occupational Psychologists who support the development of our products and services. Our work is all about supporting a diverse range of individuals and teams to become confident and effective leaders and develop confident organisations. As such, we also value diversity on our own team, and our wider profession. To support the growth of a diverse pool of Occupational Psychologists – we provide real opportunities to entry level psychologists, and in return benefit from their valuable input.
