We have spent around 10 years on the tools across construction, landscaping and removals, so we understand how much a difference £3 to £4 an hour can make. We pay every labourer a flat £15 per hour. For smaller jobs we guarantee a two hour minimum, even if the work only takes 20 minutes.
Due to the nature of our business we already pay above the living wage. We have signed up to show our support for this great campaign.
Put simply: Because it is the right thing to do. We value our team. We want to support this campaign and encourage every employer, whatever the sector, to commit to paying all employees the Living Wage as an absolute minimum.
