I have over 40 years of experience in all aspects of commercial cleaning & soft FM, Innovation Cleaning Solutions Ltd can offer a comprehensive range of professional specialist cleaning services.
We can provide specialist commercial kitchen deep cleans (to EHO standards & certified) , canopy & extract ductwork deep cleaning, AHU's cleaning which will be certified to BS EN 15780 & TR19 standards, staff are trained Air Hygiene technicians,
We can provide dust sampling and microbiological testing using the approved NADCA PVT vacuum test (BS EN15780). hard floor treatment, carpet & upholstery cleaning, power washing, clinical deep cleaning, builders/sparkle cleans, flood & restoration, one off deep cleans.
We are accredited members of, Safecontractor, Constructionline, BESA, Avetta, NAADuk .
Why do you support the Living Wage?
I am a great believer in paying or trying to pay staff above the minimum living wage for many reasons.
I believe that everyone is entitled to be able to afford to live from a wage or at least make a difference to them whether it is full-time or part-time.
By paying staff a living wage it will bring many positives to our business and to the individuals wellbeing.
It will help reduce staff turnover, give people pride that they are appreciated in the work they do, it reduces spending on hidden costs to business in having to advertise, recruit and retrain new staff which also impacts on service delivery to customers, which can be detrimental to the business.
We will always pay the minimum UK Living wage and where possible higher and the staff, the business and the customer benefit.
