KMX Care was formed in 2015 as an agency providing nurses and healthcare assistants predominantly to NHS organisations. In more recent times the organisation has moved into community care, with its target market being adults with a learning disability and the elderly. Through KMX Supported/Community Living and our Domiciliary arm, we have been able to support customers to remain living independently in their own homes.
KMX Care is a private limited company run by four healthcare professionals who have a passion for delivering care in the local community.
Why do you support the Living Wage?
KMX Care believes that the driving force of any successful care organisation is the staff, from the individuals delivering the care to the office staff ensuring staff know where to go, and customers know who to expect. We believe that these individuals should be rewarded for their efforts by receiving a wage that allows them to afford a good standard of living. KMX Care is proud to be a member of the Living Wage Campaign and would encourage all Brighton-based companies to join.
